Heavenly Father, As we come before you on this Sunday night, we want to thank you for the blessings you have bestowed upon us today. We thank you for the gift of life, for health, for family and friends, and for all the good things that have come our way. We are truly grateful for your grace and mercy.

Lord, we acknowledge that we are not perfect and we have fallen short in many ways. We ask for your forgiveness and mercy for any wrongs we have committed. We ask that you cleanse us of our sins and make us worthy of your love.

We pray for your protection over us as we sleep tonight. We ask that you surround us with your love and peace, and that you keep us safe from all harm and danger. We pray for good rest and refreshing sleep that will prepare us for a better tomorrow.

Lord, we pray for your guidance and wisdom as we face the challenges of the coming week. We pray that you will give us the strength and courage to overcome all obstacles and to do your will in all that we do. We pray for your grace to help us be a blessing to others and to bring glory to your name.

We close this prayer with the words of Psalm 4:8, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” May these words give us comfort and assurance that you are always with us.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for being our loving and faithful God. We trust in your goodness and mercy and we look forward to a better tomorrow.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
