Singles in Christ (SIC) is an informal, relaxed group that provides spiritual, social and service opportunities for adults who are single. Our purpose is to be a loving community that encourages each other to grow in faith and become authentic followers of Christ. We offer activities such as dinners, outdoor adventures, book studies, Bible studies and a Saturday night worship service for singles. We are open to all adults who are single (never married, widowed or divorced) over the age of 18.

The group meets monthly on the fourth Thursday at 7pm at the home of one of its members. Some past events include potlucks and game nights, youth group outings, dinner theater trips and even bowling nights! SIC welcomes anyone who identifies as single and has no other affiliation with any other church or spiritual community.

Our purpose is to be a loving community that encourages each other to grow in faith and become authentic followers of Christ.

To do this we offer several different types of classes and events:

  • Small Group Bible Studies – Weekly or bi-weekly gatherings where we talk about scripture through exploring different topics, asking questions, sharing life experiences, praying together and encouraging each other
  • Sunday Morning Gathering – A time where we worship together as a church family
  • Social Outings – A chance for you to get out with other singles from SIC on an occasional basis

The Saturday night worship service is open to all adults who are single, as well as those over 18 years old. It is an extension of the Sunday morning worship service at 9:30 AM that includes the same format with music, Scripture reading and prayer time.[4]
