Richard Preston Wilkerson Jr. popularly called Rich Wilkerson Jr. is an American pastor, author and speaker. Him and his wife Dawnchere are the pastors of Vous (fully called Rendezvous) church in Miami, Florida.
BIOGRAPHY
The American Pastor, author and speaker, Rich Wilkerson Jr. fully known as Richard Preston Wilkerson Jr was born on March 28, 1984 to his parents Robyn and Rich Wilkerson Sr., who are the Co-pastors of Trinity church, a megachurch in Miami which is also part of Assemblies of God.
It is noteworthy that Rich Wilkerson’s father Wilkerson Sr. is a cousin to David Wilkerson, who is the author of the cross and the switchblade.
Rich Wilkerson Junior however, did not encounter God until the age of 17. His encounter with God led to his surrendering, submitting and answering God’s call
Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. got married to Dawnchere in 2006 and is blessed with 3 children. The couple got married after Wilkerson Jr graduated from the university. The couples battled infertility for 8 years before welcoming their first child. Today the Rich and Dawnchere are blessed with three children named; Wyatt, Wilde and Wylon.

Richard Wilkerson Jr is happily married to his lovely wife DawnCheré Wilkerson . The couples got married in 2006. They struggled with infertility for 8 years before welcoming their first child. Today, Rich and DawnCheré Wilkerson are blessed with 3 children named; Wyatt, Wilde and Wylon.
MINISTRY
After graduating from the university and getting married to his wife, Wilkerson Jr arrived in Miami and started working for his parent at Trinity church.
Rich led the Trinity’s young adult gathering, called Rendezvous from 2007 to 2015. The attendance quickly grew from twelve people to more than a thousand.
Rich and his wife later co-founded and now run their own church called Vous (short for Rendezvous) while the original youg adult garthering at Trinity Church still subsists. Vous Church is a community of faith in the heart of Miami committed to loving God and serving people. Vous incorporates contemporary popular culture, as other ministries aimed at young people have done in the past.
In 2014, Pastor Richerson Jr officiated the wedding of kanye west and Kim kardashian. Kanye first attended the vous service after being invited by his friend Chris Julian who co-owns Lebron James Miami boutique where kanye shopped and also attended Trinity church. Richard Wilkerson Jr. and his wife DawnCheré grew in pupularity both in Christian and Secular community after officiation the wedding of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
The oxygen television created a reality show which is titled “Rich in Faith” which was centered on the couple and ran for ten episodes in 2015 and 2016.
