Josiah Silva is an American pastor and public speaker. He is the Lead pastor of Freedomhouse Church in Orange County. He is also the founder of JSilva Corp Investments, a real estate company in Houston, Texas.
Pastor Silva is a native of Los Angeles, California. He was born on the 23rd day of April 1982.
The American born Josiah Silva was raised by a single mother alongside four brothers in a poor background.

Career/ Josiah Silva Real Estate
Josia Silva owns a real estate firm called JSilva Investments. By the age of 24, he has become the CEO of a full-service real estate office with 12 in-house agents, who collectively generated over $100 million in annual revenue.
According to him, two years later, he obeyed and answered God’s call to become a pastor and start a church in Southern California, despite doing great in his Real Estate business.
Commenting on his call and response to Good, Josiah said his exact words to God were
“God, there are so many churches, just bless one of them. Business is good, and life is good.”
However, God had told him that he plans to pour out something new and fresh upon this generation, something that will make sense and people will connect to it.
Josiah Silva Ministry
February 16, 1997 was the date Josiah gave his life to Christ and accepted him as his personal Lord and Savior.
While still in the High School, Josiah already realized he had a call from God and in obeying and answering the call, Josiah started leading the school’s Bible Club which he did for two years. Upon seeing an increased number of students attending each meeting, he began to see his potential as a preacher.
In his words, Josiah said;
“We would have worship, and I would do my best to preach a ‘message’ even though I didn’t know what I was doing,” Silva said
‘After seeing hundreds of salvations month after month, one day, my pastor said to me, ‘Josiah, I think you are called to be a pastor.’
After some time, he went on to attend Bible college. Although, during his time at the Bible College, he decided to transfer to another university to pursue f collegiate football. However, three years into his time as an athlete, he suffered a knee injury that made him realize God’s ultimate purpose for his life.
FreedomHouse Church
Unlike other planned building and setting up of ministries, Josiah and the wife Marie with no experience or plan but just a word and passion from God, initiated their first service in their living room in August 2008 with nine people in attendance, who are mostly family members.
Freedom House Orange County (OC) is a nondenominational church that began in 2008. It is located in Fullerton, California. The church started as an ad-hoc Bible study class, with pastor Josiah Silva and his wife, Marie, presiding over seven people in his then-home in Brea. The message the couple got from God was simple, ‘Nothing is impossible for God’
Pastor Josiah once admitted that the biggest challenge he faced during the inception of FreedomHouse, aside from having a set church structure, budget, and staff, was trusting that God would provide.
Today, Freedomhouse Church has flourished into a thriving church community where over a thousand people attend weekly.
