Upon birth, Nick Vujicic parents seeing the level of disability of the child, out of confusion, left him in the hospital. However, they later came back. His parents remained his source of motivation and encouragement while he was growing up.

Despite Nick’s success, he had always said the one thing he really wanted in life was to meet the love of his life and become a father.
Nick and Kanae Miyahara met in 2010 in Dallas during one of his speaking engagements. Kanae Miyahara was in the crowd during Nick Vujicic’s speaking engagement. She got so emotional seeing a limbless speaker. She listened so attentively throughout Nick’s speech and they both had eye contacts number of time. This made them realize there was something about themselves.
At that time, Kanae was in a toxic relationship with no evidence of future in it. She needed a man with good sense of humor and someone that has the fear of God in him. At same time, Nick had a friend who was on the verge of match-making him with a lady. After the Dallas speaking event, Nick had the opportunity of speaking with Kanae and their time together made it clearer to both of them thatb there was something between them. At that point, Nick couldn’t help but call his friend to inform him that he has seen his dream woman.
With Nick Vujicic futher narating his story to Kanae, including his determination to touch lives, Kanae got more attracted to Nick.
Despite the atrraction between Nick Vujicic and Kanae Miyahara, they both had misunderstandings and issues but they had all sorted out and became even closer.
One year into the relationship, Nick proposed to Kanae. Nick proposed to Kanae by telling her that he wants to kiss her hands, when Kanae released her hand to Nick, he grabbed her hand and then asked her if she would marry him. Kanae filled with joy, responded positively. Nick immediately took to her facebook to inform his fans about the good news. Epressing his joy about the successful marriage proposal, Nick wrote on facebook that Kanae is the most perfect gift he has ever received after life, salvation and relationship with God.
Nick and Kanae revealed that they remained celibate until after their marriage. Commenting on the act of abstaining from se during their relationship until after marriage, Nick said it was not easy at all but they had to do it knowing the blessings that come with it. In their book where they narated their love story, Nick advised that lovers should keep their engagements short.
Nick and Kanae got married on the 12th day of February 2012. Kanae is born to a Mexican mother and a Japanese father who was an Agriicultural Engineer. She has a sister named Yoshie. At the time of meeting and marriage, Kanae was in school studying Nursing.

nick Vujicic’s marriage with Kanae Miyahara is blessed with 4 children, two sons and twin daughters. Their first child (son) named Kiyoshi James Vujicic was born on the 13th February 2013.
Not long after, they welcomed their second son named Dejan Levi Vujicic who was born 7th of August 2015.
After that, they had their twin daughters named Ellie Laurel and Olivia Mei.
Suffice to note that all the Nick vujicic children were born without any form of disability. Nick Vujicic and his wife Kanae together with their family live in Southern California.
