SCRIPTURE: And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” – Isaiah 10:27.
The wonders of the anointing cannot be overemphasized because the anointing can do and will do anything. The wonders of the anointing depends on the source of the anointing.
There are different types of anointing: the holy or unholy anointing. The unholy anointing comes from all sorts of demons or evil spirits. There is a kind of anointing that comes upon you when you are angry or you are wronged and you want to get back at a person. This kind of anointing is different. There is another one that comes upon those who drink and they act in such a way that you will know they are under the influence of alcohol. I pray that the right kind of anointing shall come upon you, in the name of Jesus.
Dearly beloved, do you know that the anointing of God flows from the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is symbolically represented by water, wind, wine, fire, oil or the dove. When the anointing starts to manifest, it can take the form of any of these symbols mentioned above.
In our memory verse, we can see that the anointing can become fire to melt and destroy yokes. Also in Acts 10:38 (one of our Fire Scriptures), the Bible says “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power, and He went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil…” All those who were in bondage that came across Jesus, the Anointed One, did not go back home the same way. They were healed. There was a particular woman in the temple for eighteen years who was bent double by the spirit of infirmity, Jesus spoke to her under the influence of the anointing, the word of authority, “Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity” and that was the end of the eighteen-year infirmity. The woman went home rejoicing. You too can enjoy the benefit of the anointing if you give your life to Jesus.
PRAYER POINTS:
MORNING
- I shall not be put to shame, in the name of Jesus.
- Every agenda of the devil for my life, die, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, empower me to do good, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
- Yoke-breaking power, come upon me, in the name of Jesus.
- I reject the spirit of the tail, in the name of Jesus.
- Spirit of limitation, die, in the name of Jesus.
- Spirit of the living God, come upon me and make a way for me, in the name of Jesus.
