They’re going to keep you from going to the next level. You don’t have to make a big announcement to them, but you need to spend less and less time with them. If you don’t separate yourself from the wrong people, you’ll never meet the right people. You should surround yourself with people who inspire you, challenge you, and cause you to grow.
