Is Jesus Son Of God

Jesus is the son of God because He’s the second person of the Trinity and he has a close relationship with God. Jesus is also called “the Son of God” several times in the New Testament.

Jesus is the Son of Mary

Jesus is not just any ordinary man, but he comes with a special connection to God. He was born by a miracle and had a resume that included doing miracles. It’s important to understand that Jesus came down from heaven and took on human flesh when he was born, so it makes sense why he would have been called the “Son of God.” If you look at this passage in Matthew (1:20), it says that Joseph knew for sure that Mary had conceived a child by being with his own husband without having any sexual contact with anyone else, meaning she must have gotten pregnant through some other means – maybe even divine intervention!

Concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord

The Gospels are the books of record for Christ’s life, death and resurrection. In these books, Jesus claims to be the Son of God (Matthew 11:27; John 9:35-37). He said that He was sent by His Father in heaven to do His will on earth (John 6:38; Matthew 5:17).

Jesus also claimed to be the Messiah, or Christ (Matthew 16:16-17, 21), which was predicted in the Old Testament book of Daniel 9:26-27. The word “Messiah” means “the anointed one” and refers to one who has been set apart by God as a king or ruler over his people (1 Samuel 24:6; 1 Chronicles 29:22). Jesus fulfilled this prophesy when he was crowned with thorns at his crucifixion (Mark 15:17) and rose again three days later after He died on a cross (John 14:2-3).

The Virgin will be with Child and will give birth to a Son

In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the Angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to visit a virgin named Mary. The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you!” At this announcement she was greatly troubled at heart and wondered what this could mean. Then the angel spoke again: “Do not be afraid Mary; for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son; and you shall name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give Him the throne of David His father: He shall rule over Jacob’s house forever; His kingdom will never end.” (Luke 1) This verse tells us that Jesus is not just like us but he is also different from us as well because he has no human father but his mother gave birth by herself without any male assistance which means it’s impossible for anyone else except for god himself!.

You are My Son; today I have become your Father.

Jesus is the Son of God

Jesus is the Son of God, who came to earth as a man. He was born in Bethlehem, lived a perfect life and died upon a cross for the sins of humanity. Jesus rose again on the third day after His death and ascended into heaven where he awaits his second coming.

Jesus fulfilled many Old Testament prophecies concerning Himself, but He also fulfilled many prophecies that were not written down until after His birth: these are called Messianic Prophecies or Prophecies about Christ (see Isaiah 7:14). It is impossible that anyone other than God could have predicted some of these events so accurately centuries before they occurred!

Conclusion

Jesus is the Son of God. As you can see, there are many verses in the Bible that show this. Since Jesus is God’s only Son, He is our Lord and Savior.
