How Is The Kingdom Of God Present Today

In Matthew 4, Jesus is tempted to make himself a king by using the power of Satan. Satan tells him that if he bows down and worships him, he will give him all the kingdoms of this world. But Jesus knows that it is not his place to be a king on earth. Instead, as I believe it will be for us when we go to heaven someday, our kingdom is in heaven with Christ (Colossians 3:1). The kingdom of God is present today just as it was in Jesus’ time, but most people don’t recognize its presence because they don’t look for it.

How Is The Kingdom Of God Present Today

1. The kingdom of God is present in our lives today, just as it was in Jesus’ time.

The kingdom of God is present in our lives today, just as it was in Jesus’ time. The kingdom of God is also present within each one of us at all times. When we recognize this fact and begin to live accordingly, we will begin to see its many benefits.

The presence of the kingdom of heaven can be reflected in a person’s character as they unselfishly serve others. They are not concerned about what they receive from others but rather on giving to them whatever they can give with no expectation that anything will be returned by those whom they help or serve.

2. The kingdom of God is present in you.

The kingdom of God is present in you. You are a part of the kingdom of God, and not only that, but you are also a child of God. You are a citizen of heaven.

You were born into this world as an heir to our Heavenly Father’s throne! The Bible tells us that we have been “advanced” (Eph 1:20) to be heirs with Christ; we have been made “heirs according to the promise” (Gal 3:29). As such, we need to understand that every believer is part of something much bigger than himself or herself—we are all connected together as one body called the church!

And just like any other family member would say about another person who has married into their family by virtue of being married to their sibling or parent or whatever other relationship they may have with them—for example: “My brother’s wife”; “My sister-in-law”—so too can Christians describe themselves by saying things like “my brother” or “my sister”; this is what Paul does in Colossians 4:11 when he says “I am sending these brothers”.

The presence of the kingdom of heaven is reflected in a person’s character as they unselfishly serve others.

Our vision is to help people live out the gospel, so we can see them become more like Jesus. We want all Christians to be connected with a community where they can experience God’s love growing, developing and maturing them into His likeness.

To achieve this goal, we need an authentic relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, who provides us with everything we need to live a life that is pleasing to God and fruitful for others (1 John 4:17). As we walk with Him daily, He will grow us into His image by speaking truth into our lives through Scripture and Holy Spirit guidance (2 Corinthians 3:18).

4. The kingdom of heaven invites us to respond by following Jesus today with our whole hearts.

The kingdom of heaven is not a realm that is to be set up on the earth, but rather it is here and now. The kingdom of God is Jesus Christ himself; he is the king of this world and our hearts. We are invited to respond by following him today with our whole hearts, which means we must be willing to give ourselves completely to him as his disciples (Luke 9:23). As such, we should desire no other ruler than Jesus Christ himself—not in a political sense or in relation to any other person or institution. Even though there may be many political figures who claim authority over us and influence our lives, they do so only because they have already acknowledged Christ’s rule over them as well as ourselves.

If you have not yet made this commitment (that is, if you have yet to become a disciple), I encourage you to do so immediately! That said, if someone has already asked you whether or not they can “count” on your vote during an upcoming election…well then I probably shouldn’t get too hopeful about making changes any time soon either!

5. The presence of the kingdom of God is on earth and ready to welcome those who believe in it.

The presence of the kingdom of God is on earth and ready to welcome those who believe in it. It’s not a place you have to go or a date that you can look forward to. It’s something that’s been given to you from above, and it lives inside your heart.

The presence of the kingdom of heaven is reflected in a person’s character as they unselfishly serve others. Those who follow Jesus Christ are called by him to live selflessly for others as he did (Luke 22:26-27).

This means that if we truly want to experience God’s love and his presence here on earth, then we must learn how to let go of our selfish desires so that we can focus on serving others instead; this includes loving ourselves less so that we can love others more (Mark 12:31).

Closing

The Kingdom of God is present today in a very unique way. Not only do we have the opportunity to be part of the church, but we also have the opportunity to live out Christ’s teachings as citizens of this world… no matter your race or religion! The reason why many people don’t see this today is that there are still many different views on how we should live our lives, but I believe that Christianity is about living by example and teaching others how their actions affect those around them – regardless if they’re good or bad.”
