Dr David Jeremiah daily devotional April 15 2022 : Cataract

David Jeremiah daily devotional April 15 2022 : God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
    Romans 5:5, NIV

The largest waterfall in the world is invisible to normal observation. It’s an under-the-surface waterfall beneath the Denmark Strait. There’s a steep drop off in which ocean currents plunge from two thousand feet beneath sea level to depths of ten thousand feet—nearly a two-mile torrent of moving water, all invisible to those above the waterline.

Beneath the surface of the Christian’s life, the Spirit of God plunges in a torrent of living reality, going deeply into our hearts with His liquid love. That’s the largest unseen cataract in the world—the love of God has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

What a blessing! Ask the Lord to make you more aware of the power of His love gushing into your heart and channeling through the pipelines of your relationships with others. Christ’s unique love is available to all who trust in Him. Let the force of His love touch all those around you, friend or foe, lovely or unlovely.

“Love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:8).

No matter what storm you face, you need to know that God loves you.
    Franklin Graham.
