Bill’s trip to Israel to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles, in 1990, that truly provoked him to become more interested in his faith. It was during this “appointed time” that God gave him a deep love for the land, the people and the language..
Bill consequently, began learning Hebrew (both Hebrew text and Hebraic roots of Christianity ) under the tutelage of a local rabbi This interest in the language is tied to Bill’s desire to unlock the hidden treasures within the Word of God and to teach them, along with our Hebraic roots, to believers in Messiah. Furthermore, this insight has allowed Bill to better understand the prophetic element of Scripture. As a result of this study, Bill has developed a variety of media resources dealing with prophetic themes as well as teachings related to our lost Hebraic heritage.
Bill is a featured speaker in venues throughout the country and has appeared with notable teachers such as Hal Lindsay, J.R. Church, Jack Van Impe, John Hagee, Grant Jeffrey, Perry Stone, Tim La Haye, Chuck Missler, the late Yacov Rambsel and the late Zola Levitt. He has also made several appearances on a variety of television broadcasts seen on TBN, Daystar, Inspiration, SkyAngel, WHT, and TCT.. Recently Bill, along with his wife, Beth, and their children started a fellowship in the Cleveland TN area.

Pastor Bill Cloud is happily married to Beth Cloud. The duo grew up in the same south Georgia town, went to rival high schools and lived just a few doors apart when they first met. they go married in March 1986. Their union is blessed with 5 children, with Brandon being the first ( born in 1988), Nathan (Second son boirn two years after the birth of Brandon), Alan (born in 2003), Allison (born in 2005) and Melody (married to Brandon in 2018)
In September 1988, Bill decided it was time to straighten up and live right. They began attending a church in Deland, FL, and it was here that the importance of Israel and the Jewishness of Jesus was first revealed to them.
In 1990, Bill was given the opportunity to attend the Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem and participate as part of the worship team. Upon returning home, he and Beth began to study about the Hebrew Roots of Christianity; they began hosting Shabbat meetings, Hebrew classes and teaching to others what they were learning about their faith.
In 1997, the four Clouds moved to Tennessee and settled in Cleveland, where Bill began working for Perry Stone’s ministry, Voice of Evangelism. During his tenure there. Bill’s understanding of Hebraic concepts, including the language, was exposed to a much larger audience and resulted in invitations to speak at various churches and conferences. By early 2000, it was apparent that God was calling the Clouds to step out of their comfort zone and into the world of full time ministry. In May of that year, Shoreshim Ministries was born.
Since then, the Clouds – now seven members strong: Alan (born in 2003), Allison (born in 2005) and Melody (married to Brandon in 2018) – have traveled across the country and back many times, as well as to other nations, encouraging thousands to return to the roots of their faith. The message God birthed in them over 30 years ago has been proclaimed on the airwaves, through print media and in countless meetings, large and small, from coast to coast.
In February 2019, God once again called the Clouds to step out of their comfort zone and this time, they began hosting meetings in Cleveland, and Bill curtailed his travel.
In June 2019, they, along with their children and many local believers, established Jacob’s Tent. It is here that they will continue to share the message that has forever changed their lives, in the belief that it is continuing to change the lives of others.

Beth and Bill Cloud’s first child Brandon is married to Melody, who is also an who is also a worship leader and an artist like her. Brandon and Melody met at a Hanukkah Conference in 2016. Discovering they were tow compatible parties with same career, they quickly realized God was calling them to join together in ministry and were married in June of 2018. In June of 2020, they had their first child, Brielle who happens to be Beth and Bill Cloud’s first grandchild. Bill and his family reside near Chattanooga, Tennessee.

After Pastor Cloud’s training with the local Rabbi, he immediately moved to Tennessee and settled in Cleveland. He stared with working for Perry Stone’s ministry, ” Voice of Evangelism”.
During his time at the company, Bill’s knowledge of Hebraic themes and language has tremendously widened and exposed to many audience to the point that he was receiving requsets to lecture at many churches and conferences.
God further called Clouds (Bill Cloud and his entire family) to step out of their comfort zone and into full-time ministry and they jointly founded Shoreshim Ministries in May of that year.
Bill has appeared with prominent teachers like Perry Stone, Jonathan Cahn, Joel Richardson, and Hal Lindsay in a variety of venues across the country. He has also been on several television shows broadcast on various Christian networks around the world.
