Benefits Of Being Chosen By God

Choosing you is a great thing. You may be wondering, “Am I chosen by God?” and “If so, why?” But don’t worry; this article will explain everything to you! You see, when God chooses someone for something special, it means he has a plan for them and intends to use them in that way. This can be extremely beneficial because then you know that there is the meaning behind your life. What’s more, being chosen by God means that there’s more than just what we can see here on earth: It means there’s an eternal future with Him waiting after we die!

Benefits Of Being Chosen By God

1. You Are Secure–John 10:28

You Are Secure

When you are chosen by God, you can rest assured that He has your best interests at heart. You will never be without His love and care. Your dependence on Him is not based on fear or doubt, but rather on faith and confidence in His provision for you.

You will always be secure in His protection because He is more than able to do whatever it takes to keep you safe from harm’s way. He will also protect and guide those whom He has called into a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ our Lord as well (1 Peter 5:8). Even if we mess up sometimes, God still sees us as valuable enough to have given his Son for us (Romans 8:32). In addition to this, even though our sin separates us from God temporarily until we repent of it and receive forgiveness through Jesus Christ’s death on the cross for us (Romans 3:23), once we have been forgiven it does not have any power over us anymore because its effects were removed when Jesus died on our behalf (Colossians 1:14).

2. You Are Heard–1 John 5:14

God hears you. He listens to you. He hears your prayers and concerns, praises, requests, and cries. He hears your sins and sorrows as well as your joys. You are heard because God desires to hear from you!

This is an amazing truth that we as human beings should never take for granted. God wants us to come before Him in prayer with all of our issues—both big and small—because He knows that His ears are always open in order to listen intently to us whenever we feel the need or desire (Jeremiah 33:3).

3. You Are Blessed–Deuteronomy 7:6-8

There are four ways in which you may be blessed: (1) because of your relationship with God; (2) because of your relationship with others; (3) because of your relationship with yourself; and (4) because of your relationship with the world.

(1) Because you have a personal relationship with God, He is able to bless you.

(2) The Bible says that we should treat others as we would like them to treat us. If we would like someone to accept us as having value and worth, then we must first recognize and acknowledge those same qualities in other people. This is true not only for people who are similar to ourselves but also for those who are different from ourselves–it’s important not only for how we treat them but also for how they treat us! When treating others well is part of our daily routine, it becomes easier for us to become more aware when someone has done something nice for us or shown us kindness or love somehow–and this can then lead towards seeking out ways that we might return these blessings onto another person’s life through being kinder ourselves…which brings me back around again: caring deeply about other people leads directly into being concerned about their needs as well as your own needs being met.”

4. You Are Loved–John 15:16

God loves you. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you and all of your sins. You are His child and He wants to be with you and in your life as much as possible. This is why it’s important that every believer has a relationship with God.

God wants us to have a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ because He loves us so much; we need to love Him back! If we don’t love Him, then how can we expect anything from Him?

5. You Are Holy–1 Peter 2:9

  • You are chosen by God.
  • You are holy.
  • You are set apart.
  • You are a part of God’s family because you have been adopted as his child, and have received the free gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:5; Romans 8:15-17).
  • You are called a saint, which means “holy” or “set apart” (1 Corinthians 1:2). Saint is simply another word for Christian (Acts 11:26). It refers to someone who has been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and who has become righteous in God’s sight through faith alone in Christ alone (John 3).

6. Your Future Is Assured–Ephesians 1:11-12, 18

As a chosen one, you have the assurance that God is in control of your future. This means that no matter what happens in life, it is not by chance or coincidence. God has been guiding you all along with a specific plan for you, one that will lead to your greatest good and fulfillment.

In Ephesians 1:11-12, Paul says this about our lives: “In Him, we have obtained an inheritance… That we should be to the praise of His glory… In whom also we have obtained an inheritance…” The word translated “obtained” means “to take hold of” (in Greek). We have taken hold of Christ and his riches through faith in him! The next phrase emphasizes how much he has done for us—and exactly how much he wants us to enjoy those riches so much as to let them overflow from our lives into others.

7. Know that if you are chosen by God, you have a purpose, a future, and everything that goes along with it, such as love and security.

Know that if you are chosen by God, you have a purpose, a future, and everything that goes along with it. You also have love and security.

Love is the greatest blessing of being chosen by God. You know He loves you unconditionally because He sent His Son to die for your sins so that one day we can live forever with Him in heaven if we believe in Him (John 3:16).

Security is another benefit of being chosen by God. You don’t need to worry about tomorrow because Jesus has already defeated death through His resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

God wants us all to be holy like Him so that one day we can live with Him (1 Peter 1:13). This means there will be no more sin or death on earth when Jesus returns at the end of time (Revelation 21:4).

Closing

The greatest benefit of being chosen by God is the opportunity to be part of something that is bigger than yourself. The Bible tells us that we are created in the image of God, which means that there is something within each and every one of us that reflects His nature. Because we have been chosen, we have a unique opportunity to share this gift with others and make a difference in their lives as well as our own.
